Yes, you can buy more than one ticket as a gift or for a friend - the more the merrier! If you bought multiple tickets, you will see the extra tickets under your Sched profile. To transfer a ticket, follow these instructions:

Sign in to your Sched account for the event.
Click on the ‘Share‘ button at the top of the icons on the upper right.
Choose the ticket you want to transfer and enter the email address of the person you wish to transfer it to (Reminder: Sched requires each ticket holder to have a unique email address).
Click the ‘Share Now‘ button.
After the ticket is shared, the recipient will receive an email that a ticket has been added to their account.

If you want to transfer YOUR ticket:
You can only transfer any EXTRA tickets you have to other people. If you want to share your only ticket with someone else, you can email Sched directly: support@sched.com

Parking is FREE July 4-6, 2025 for all Festival pass-holders and Market-goers at the Osler Bluff Ski Club Parking lot.

We want to set you up for an unforgettable experience and personally welcome you to the Everlove Festival!

When you arrive, make your way to the Clubhouse entrance to check-in. Pick up your festival wristband for access, a festival map, check-out Everlove Festival swag, ask questions, and meet up with fellow Festival-goers.

We will have shuttles for all Everlove Festival goers to ride to the top of the mountain.

The shuttle time is about 10-15 minutes.

Or you could choose to hike to the top using the groomed trails. The hike is about 45 minutes.

Arrive at least 10 mins before every class/workshop
Turn your phone off or turn off your ringer
Don't take calls in any of the festival common spaces
Take your shoes off at the door as you enter the fitness space (unless otherwise indicated)
Limit perfume or artificial scents
We encourage festival-goers to connect and make conversation (before or after classes), but please be mindful of your volume level

After a good sweat we know how important it is to nourish our bodies! Fuel up at our Wellness Market where you will find fresh, healthy cuisine with gluten-free and plant-based options available for purchase.

Think, specialty coffees & teas, energizing elixirs, mouthwatering smoothie & buddha bowls, energy balls, powerhouse salads, and so much more!

Don’t get us wrong, we love our kidos! BUT consider the Everlove Wellness Festival as a “hall pass” for parents to take a well-deserved break and focus on YOU.

This year we don't have any specific children’s programming and ticket holders must be 18+ to attend.
