Our unique location in the Blue Mountains provides the perfect setting to feature your health and wellness offerings.

  • The Everlove Wellness Market will be hosted at Blue Mountain Resort in front of the Blue Mountain Inn (Base of Happy Valley ski run).

    This is an outdoor market, but in the event of inclement weather we do have an alternative indoor location.  

  • The Wellness Market is open to our 1000+ Festival-goers and Blue Mountain Resort’s 15-17,000 daily visitors – all of whom can attend the Market for FREE!

  • $550: 10x10 regular booth

    $600: 10x20 large booth

    Fees Include:

    • Power (needs to be selected in the application).

    • Free Parking

  • Weather: Our event will take place outdoors, therefore subject to weather conditions. If the weather becomes unfavorable, don’t worry—we have an indoor alternative ready to ensure the event goes on smoothly.

    Security: Vendors are responsible for the security of their own valuables and products, so please do not leave your booth unattended. Overnight, all valuables and products must be either stored in our secure storage room or taken with you (only weighted tents are allowed to stay up overnight).

    Wifi: An open WiFi connection will be available for POS payments; however, please be aware that it is unsecure and may be unreliable. For a more secure and consistent connection, we recommend using a hotspot on your phone for transactions.

    Power: Power is included in your booth fee; however, you must indicate your power needs on your application. Please note that power access is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Tents/Weights: As this is an outdoor market, all vendors are required to bring their own tents, complete with proper tent weights for safety. Thank you for helping us ensure a secure and enjoyable event for everyone!

    Tables/Chairs: Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
